IHP Scientists organize three Symposia at the E-MRS IUMRS ICEM Spring - Conference, Nice (France), May 29 – June 2, 2006
The E-MRS (European Materials Research Society) Spring Conference is the largest Material Forum in Europe. Over thousand European material scientists, engineers, physicists and chemists as well as scientists from overseas like Japan, USA and China attend the conference each year. In 2006, the E-MRS Spring Conference will be held in Nice (France) and IHP material scientists are organizing the following three Symposia:
Symposium A: Current Trends in Nanoscience – from Materials to Applications

Symposium L: Characterization of High-k Dielectric Materials
(Dr. J. Dabrowski)
Symposium V: Advanced Silicon for the 21st Century
(Prof. Dr. H. Richter & Dr. G. Kissinger)
