BTU Cottbus appoints Dr. Peter Langendörfer to honorary
       professor

Dr. Peter Langendörfer was appointed honorary professor for system software at September 24, 2007 by the Technical University of Cottbus (BTU) on September 24 on request of the faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Computer science.

Peter Langendoerfer joined IHP’ s system department in 2000. Since winter semester 2001/02 he has been teaching regularly at the BTU Cottbus. In the winter term 2007/08 he will lecture on “Operating Systems 2” and “Distributed and Parallel Systems 1”.
