Three IHP contributions accepted for presentation at the
International Microwave Week 2009 in Boston
Three IHP contributions have been accepted for presentation at the International Microwave Week in Boston, on June 7-12, 2009.
Chang-Soon Choi will give an invited talk on a 60-GHz SiGe BiCMOS radio and OFDM baseband implementation within a workshop at the 2009 IEEE Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits (RFIC) Symposium. The RFIC Symposium will be held in Boston, Massachusetts on June 7-9, 2009 in conjunction with the IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium (IMS). It opens Microwave Week 2009, the largest world-wide RF/Microwave meeting of the year. Frank Herzel will present an integrated 18 GHz fractional-N PLL in SiGe BiCMOS technology for satellite communications at the RFIC symposium. At IMS, a 9 GS/s 2.1 to 2.2GHz bandpass delta-sigma modulator for class-S power amplifier will be presented by Pylyp Ostrovskyy.
