• Design of analog RF-circuits for frequencies up to 124 GHz, currently

   using SiGe BiCMOS technology

• Components of RF transceivers such as VCO, PLL, Mixer, LNA

• RF transceivers from 2.4 GHz to 77 GHz

• Radar circuits for automotive applications (24 GHz,77 GHz, 79GHz)

• Integration of RF components and transceivers into system-on-chip

   solutions

• Ultra fast A/D- and D/A converters

• UWB (Ultra Wideband) frontends for ultra low power short range

   communication

• LDMOS power electronics with integrated power amplifiers, switches,

  and power control circuits

• Benchmarking circuits as key circuits for new applications
