E-MRS 2010 Spring Meeting (7th – 11th June 2010)
The European Materials Research Society (E-MRS) Spring Meeting, held from 7th – 11th June 2010 in Strasbourg (France), is the most important international meeting of materials scientists in Europe. Two IHP scientists from the Materials Research Department have the pleasure to follow the invitation of the organizers of Symposium E for holding invited talks. Dr. Christian Wenger will present latest research achievements on functional metal-insulator-metal (MIM) for capacitor as well as memory applications in Silicon microelectronics, Dr. Thomas Schroeder will cover in his presentation the integration of alternative semiconductor heterostructures on Silicon by heteroepitaxy approaches. Furthermore, several PostDocs and PhD students from IHP will participate to E-MRS Spring Meeting with contributed talks and poster presentations.
