   Two IHP contributions were presented at the International
       Microwave Symposium 2010 in Anaheim

 

Two IHP contributions were presented at the 2010 IEEE MTT International Microwave Symposium (IMS2010), on May 23-28, 2010 in Anaheim. The IMS represents the premier annual international Microwave meeting.

 

Klaus Schmalz gave a talk on a low-cost 122-GHz subharmonic SiGe BiCMOS receiver for sensor applications. A linear binary 6-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) at 20Gsps was presented by Mahdi Khafaji.
