Science Minister Dr. Martina Münch praised the cooperation between IHP and TH Wildau during the jubilee celebration on the 10th anniversary of the joint lab of the two institutions. The parties agree that the project has proven itself in recent years. In addition to the anniversary, the opening of the Nanolab at the IHP was also celebrated, which opened up a more diverse range of research and development activities, such as the use of the backs of wafers.
