Manuscripts
The proceedings of GADEST 2009 will be published by Trans Tech Publications Ltd in the periodical ‘Solid State Phenomena’.
By submitting the manuscript for publication, the authors transfer the copyright
of their manuscripts to Trans Tech Publications. Note, papers received
without signed copyright transfer forms cannot be published.
The responsible author should send the signed Copyright
Transfer Agreement (doc,
pdf) to the GADEST
conference office. Scanned transfer agreements can be send via e-mail: gadest@ihp-microelectronics.com.

The books will be distributed to the participants at the beginning of the GADEST conference by 26th of September, 2009.
Manuscript due: The camera-ready manuscripts must
arrive at the conference office not later than June
05, 2009.
The authors should follow TTP’s Author Instructions
(doc, pdf)
for preparation of the camera-ready manuscript.
The manuscript length is
- 8 pages for invited speakers and
- 6 pages for oral or poster presentations, respectively.
