New registrations for GADEST 2009 are no longer possible from today, August 25, 2009.
The former deadline for late registration (September 04) is cancelled.

This is due to limited space of the venue, especially due to limited number of seats in the conference hall and in the restaurant.

   Registration and payment per participant: before June 26, 2009

   Registration and payment per accompanying person: before June 26, 2009

   Late registration and payment: after June 25


It includes accommodation3), full board, proceedings volume/admission to conference sessions (not for accompanying persons), welcome reception, conference dinner, excursion and bus transfer from Berlin to the conference venue (September 26) and back (October 02).

 

1) The Registration fee includes 19 % VAT.

2) Please be aware that potential bank charges shall be borne by the participant.

3) Note, the hotel is booked by the conference organizer already; it is not in the responsibility of the attendees.
