On Wednesday 20th of March three scientists of Hiroshima University visited IHP – Innovations for High Performance Microelectronics to exchange on the newest developments on THz technologies and circuits within a workshop.
Prof. Minoro Fujishima, Prof. Sangyeop Lee and Prof. Takeshi Yoshida of the Frontier Integrated Systems Laboratory of Hiroshima University gave talks on their research on technologies and circuits in the frequency range of 300 and 240 GHz. The IHP-scientists Mohamed Eissa and Dr. Holger Rücker presented the latest research results of IHP. The fruitful exchange on these topics creates the basis for further joint activities.
