DE:Sign Enablement for Millimetre-wave Integrated Circuits using Open-Source-Tools ‒ DEMICO
DEMICO will design a design platform for mmWeIlen ICs based on advanced IHP SG13G2 BiCMOS technology, which is based on open source tools. The entire design chain will be taken into account, from the process design kit (PDK), circuit diagram simulator (NGspice), layout editor (KLayout) including design rule check (DRC) and layout vs. schematic (LVS), electromagnetic (EM) simulator (openEMS), to possible applications.
