Management assistant for office management

The responsibility of a management assistant for office management comprises, apart from general office routines and knowledge of all business processes, information processing, coordination and organizational tasks, customer relation processes as well as materials logistics. You can decide on a qualification of your choice:
- If you choose the qualification assistance and secretariat you will gain knowledge in secretarial management, schedule coordination and correspondence processing as well as the organization of traveling and events.
- If you choose the qualification commercial management and control you will gain knowledge in financial accounting, cost and performance accounting and in controlling.
The length of training is 3 years. but can be reduced to 2½ years with excellent performance. Vocational school education will take place with part-time tuition at the Konrad-Wachsmann Oberstufenzentrum in Frankfurt (Oder). .
The successful candidate will have the general qualification for university entrance or of a specialized secondary school and have good marks in the subjects mathematics, German and English. Further prerequisites include a very good oral and written ability to express oneself, a good knowledge of spelling, solid mathematical abilities, interest in office management tasks as well as organizational activities.
