Multi Project Wafer Runs with 0.13 and 0.25 μm SiGe BiCMOS technologies and Silicon Photonics technologies are regularly organized. Here new technologies can be used in research and benchmarking projects. Stable technologies are offered for development projects towards functional prototypes.
Our stable and qualified technologies are also available as foundry service for low volume production via IHP Solutions.
