iCampus II

The iCampus II focusses on the increasingly important field of microsensor technology. The range of applications for the "sensory organs of digitalisation" is extremely wide. However, as wide-ranging as the field of application for microsensors is, in most cases the requirements for their functionality and performance profile are just as varied. Off-the-shelf solutions do not fulfil the requirements for special applications, such as in the areas of "Smart Health" or "Smart Farming". The Innovation Campus aims to identify this need in concrete terms and address it by combining the expertise of the university and non-university research institutions in such a way that knowledge and technology transfer leads to sustainable, effective innovations in the region.
