IHP has implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) for its activities in the area of silicon-based solutions for wireless communication. It includes the fields of:
- system design
- circuit design
- process research
- prototyping and multi project wafer (mpw)-service
- device design and characterization
- customer relation
Our QMS is certified by DQS according to the quality management standard DIN EN ISO 9001. For more than 20 years, the IHP has had nationally and internationally recognized and independent evidence of its sustainable quality and safety requirements in the area of application of the QMS.
In July 1999 the QMS was certified for the first time according to DIN EN ISO 9001:1994. Since 2003 the QMS has been reorganized and certified with reference to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. In October 2015 the recertification was achieved according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. In 2012 and 2015 this was confirmed.
In August 2021 the QMS was recertified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
