Check out this year German-Italian Summer School between the Leibniz-IHP and University Rome Tor Vergata! In joint cooperation with the JointLab for „Photonic Devices and Thin Film Technologies“ at University of Applied Science Wildau an exciting program is presented showing insides in recent developments of electronic and photonic developments for applications in space and quantum technologies.
Lectures of renowned representatives from academia and industry, lab tours, inspiring talks from field-related speakers and social activities are awaiting you.
Time and location: Rome and Frankfurt (Oder) // Monday, 29-Aug-2022 to Friday, 02-Sep-2022.

After selecting the participants, we will send a link to the final registration as well as the payment request for the 200 Euro participation fee.

How many participants will be accepted?
We accept 20 participants.
In which language are the lectures?
The whole program will be given in English. We recommend you to have an intermediate level of English (B2).
Who books the flights? What flights are available?
We book a flight for all participants on August 31 from Rome to Berlin. It is also possible to book an additional flight from Berlin to Rome either on 28.8. or on 2.9.
I am a vegetarian, can this be taken into account?
Please fill out the detail form and note your preferences and intolerances there. We pass these on to all service providers, but cannot guarantee that there are always appropriate alternatives.
